Our Vision

What is VHOP?

It is a body of believers which have stepped across Christian congregational and doctrinal lines, to commit time to 24/7 prayer and worship for the fulfillment of God's Plan for their home, neighborhood, community, state, nation and world.
We believe in the power and effectiveness of believers in harmony with the Truth of the Kingdom and ALL benefits that entitles.
It is a testimony of the fullness of the gospel that is achieved when every joint supplies. It will be a place where every need of non-believers and believers will be satisified.
The pooling of our resources, strengths and gifts, will give the church a united opportunity to serve the commuinity form our inexhaustible bounty.
The body of Christ praying and worshipping together, taking a united stand against the darkness that is infiltrating Simi Valley and more specifically our friends and family.

Why the name VHOP?

Simi Valley is the East Gate to Ventura County. God's Vision is for the concept of VHOP to be duplicated. We will be prophesying over the region each time we say the name, declaring to principalities and powers that Ventura County is a house of prayer.

Mechanics

How- By recruiting every church in Simi Valley to participate resources and people to maintain a 24/7 prayer watch.
Where- Initially using hose churches that donate their facility as a meeting place for the VHOP prayer watch.
How Long- The host church woulddetermine the length of time they would commit to hosting.
Benefits- VHOP traveling form church to church would encourage unity and it would familiarize us with one another's facilities and outreaches.
Goal- VHOP will have a permanent independent location.
